Retired teacher, fitness lover, vegetarian, high heel wearing, empty nester!!

Hi!! Welcome to my website!  I'm a retired high school science teacher & fell in love with SeneGence in 2017!

I'm also an empty nester trying to carve out a niche for myself since I'm no longer defined by my kids activities!  Married to my high school sweetheart for over 35 years, I love fitness and health related activities, such as running, exercising and hiking.  I'm a firm believer in staying active and looking fashionable!  I'm also a doodle lover  and rheumatoid arthritis warrior.

I've combined all of my passions...beauty, fitness, and fashion into a boutique...hence, YourBFF Boutique.  We opened our storefront in December of 2022 and have added an on-line shopping capability to our website.  We believe that women should be able to find cute, affordable clothing and exercise attire, as well as accessories without the hassle of going to a store! I hope this website allows you to see all that I have to offer, and I hope to inspire you by my fitness/health activities, fashion choices and, of course, the best cosmetics and skin care products on the planet!
